Josh Shellman is a New York–based actor whose work combines intensive conservatory training, lived military experience, and a grounded physical presence. He is particularly suited to commanding historical figures, military and intelligence roles, and characters whose authority conceals danger or contradiction.
His stage work includes the title role in Wilhelm Reich Unleashed, Ernest Hemingway in Sartre and Simone, Inspector Clouseau in The Pink Panther Strikes Again, and the solo performance The Rat, which earned a BroadwayWorld nomination for Best Solo Performance.
